Processing and delivery times
- Processing time: 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday).
- Delivery time (United Kingdom): 6 to 8 working days (Monday to Friday).
Total delivery time (United Kingdom): 7 to 10 working days (Monday to Friday), from the moment you place your order.
A few coats take 10 to 15 working days; the exact delivery time is always shown on the product page before you order.
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 5:00pm (GMT) enter processing the same day and are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. Orders placed over the weekend enter processing on Monday.

One flat rate, whatever you order, tracked. We deliver to the United Kingdom only.
Customs and import charges
The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. Nothing further is collected at your door.
Change of delivery address
Once an order is in transit we can no longer change the delivery address. If a change is needed, write to [email protected] within 24 hours of placing your order.
Cancellations and address errors
You can cancel as long as the order has not been prepared for dispatch, and we recommend asking within 24 hours of purchase. Once the coat has been dispatched, see our Return & Refund Policy for any refund request. Please check your address before you confirm. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, we cannot cover the second delivery.
Parcels damaged in transit
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, we advise you to refuse the delivery and inform us immediately. If the parcel was delivered in your absence, write to [email protected] with photographs of the coat and its packaging.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, unworn with tags attached. The full conditions, including who pays the return postage, are on the Return & Refund Policy.
