We never see or store your card details. We do not accept cash on delivery or bank transfer.
What you are charged
The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay: the price of the coats plus £2.95 for delivery. Nothing further is collected at your door. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include all applicable taxes. No VAT is charged: Lanora London operates as a VAT-exempt small business under article 293 B of the French Tax Code.
Your card or PayPal account is charged when the order is placed. If we cannot fulfil an order, it is refunded in full to the original payment method.
